This policy explains what personal information Gear Grow collects when you use https://geargrow.in, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with what you ordered.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email and password (stored only as an encrypted hash — we cannot read it).
• Enquiries: anything you send us through the contact form.
• Technical data: standard web server logs, and a session cookie that keeps your cart and login working.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. Online payments are handled entirely by our payment providers on their own secure systems.

Why we use it

• To process, invoice and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about an order, or to answer an enquiry.
• To let you log in and see your order history.
• To keep proper business and tax records as required by law.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Payment providers (such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayU or Instamojo) to take payment.
• Courier and transport partners to deliver your order.
• Our web host and email provider, who store this data on our behalf.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie so that your cart and your login persist as you move between pages. It is not used to track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Contact-form enquiries are kept while they are useful for supporting you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Your choices

You can view and update your details any time from your account, or ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing care@geargrow.in. Note that we may need to retain invoice records even after an account is closed, where the law requires it.

Children

This site is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
