These terms govern your use of https://geargrow.in and any purchase you make from Gear Grow. By placing an order you accept these terms.

About us

Gear Grow manufactures and supplies rotavator parts, tractor components and agricultural equipment. Our registered address is B-543, Moti Nagar, Delhi-110015. You can reach us at 02269620856 or care@geargrow.in.

Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and generate your invoice.
• We may decline or cancel an order before invoicing — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details.
• You are responsible for checking that the part you order fits your machine. Sizes, bearing numbers and specifications are listed on each product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help identify the correct part.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are quoted separately after checkout.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or banking details.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, the full amount is payable at the time of delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Before an invoice is generated, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as quickly as possible, and we will cancel the order if it has not already been processed. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Delivery

• Delivery timelines given at checkout or over the phone are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• Please inspect your consignment on arrival and report any transit damage or shortage to us within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can take it up with the carrier.

Product information

We work to keep specifications, images and stock levels accurate, but product photographs are indicative and finishes or minor design details may vary between production batches. Where a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and contact you before proceeding.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or scraping content for commercial reuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of crop, downtime or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
